Description:

Episode 2 of "A Day In Skyrim", a series about an apprentice Vigilant of Stendarr called Arabella who often runs into misfortunes while adventuring. In this episode, she explores the mines beneath Fort Fellhammer to look for the missing Vigilants, who mysteriously went missing when the fort was taken over by bandits.

Filmed in TESV: Skyrim, relevant mods are listed at the end of the video. Animations by Billyy and Nibbles. Dialogue created using xVASynth, as well as extracted in-game combat shouts and dialogue. Cinematography, SFX, and editing by ADayInTamriel.
Skyrim is made by Bethesda Game Studios, so in this case I suppose they and the animators are the artists.
